Rules of Engagement

  • Submitting a request does not confirm a date.
  • FLOSS may approve, decline, modify, postpone, or cancel an event.
  • Clinical services depend on volunteers, supplies, safety, venue setup, and clinical judgment.
  • Children require appropriate guardian/host consent arrangements.

Privacy Principles

  • FLOSS is an outreach platform, not an EHR.
  • UID is the primary identifier.
  • Do not collect unnecessary patient-identifiable information.
  • Referral tracking is issuance/reporting only.
