This guide supports planning for health fairs involving oral health education, screening, cleanings, fluoride, fillings, and simple extractions. Quantities should be adjusted based on expected attendance, services offered, number of providers, and whether FLOSS or the host is supplying each item.

PPE & Infection Control
- Masks, face shields, N95 masks, bouffant caps.
- Gloves, isolation gowns, hand sanitizer, soap, disinfectant.
- Sterilization pouches, metricide, garbage bags, paper towels.
Patient Consumables
- Bibs, cups, mirrors, gauze, cotton rolls.
- High-volume suction tips, saliva ejectors, air-water syringe tips.
- Toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss, educational material.
Preventive Care
- Prophy paste, fluoride gel or varnish, fluoride trays.
- Scalers and preventive instruments.
- Hydrogen peroxide and mouth rinse where appropriate.
Operative & Surgical
- Local anesthetic and needles where prescription control allows.
- Forceps, elevators, handpieces, burs, sutures, dry socket paste.
- Bonding agent, composite, etch, wedges, matrix bands, Dycal, IRM.
Planning Rules
- Use the 100-patient materials list as a baseline, then scale according to expected attendance.
- Final supply quantities must be manually confirmed by Admin or HF Coordinator.
- Prescription items must be controlled by licensed clinicians.
- Equipment supplied by FLOSS should be checked out before departure and checked in after return.
