What FLOSS Needs From You
Event Information
- Proposed date and alternate date.
- Venue, parish, expected attendance, age groups.
- Requested services: education, screening, cleaning, fluoride, fillings, extractions, referrals.
Logistics
- Tables, chairs, water, power, bathrooms, security, parking.
- Registration support and crowd control.
- Consent arrangements for minors.
Rules of Engagement
- Submitting a request does not confirm a date.
- FLOSS may approve, decline, postpone, or modify services.
- Clinical services depend on volunteer availability, supplies, venue suitability, and safety.
- Emergency care cannot be guaranteed.
